Practice Is Part of the Path

Some weeks are filled with milestones.

Others are filled with practice.

This week reminded me that the two are often the same.

As a yoga teacher and sound practitioner, I believe we never stop learning. Every class I attend, every mentor I listen to, and every opportunity to share sound becomes another thread woven into who I am as a teacher.

This week was beautifully full.

I spent time on my own mat, continuing my personal practice. There is something humbling about remembering that before I can guide others, I must first be willing to be guided myself. My own practice continues to teach me patience, presence, and trust.

One of the highlights of my week was offering the closing sound bath for Savasana at Falling Branch Brewery. As students settled into stillness, my Blue Sky Mind collection of 528 Hz Crystal Tones® singing bowls filled the space with gentle vibrations designed to invite deep rest and relaxation. Watching a room soften into silence is one of the greatest gifts this work has given me.

A fun piece of local history made the evening even sweeter: Disney's Tuck Everlasting was filmed at Falling Branch Brewery. Knowing that such a magical story was created in the same beautiful landscape where we gathered to breathe, rest, and listen felt especially meaningful. Stories have always had the power to transport us—and perhaps sound does too.

My hope is that every yoga class, sound bath, and breath becomes another thread connecting us back to ourselves.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the noise.

As I continue growing as both a student and a teacher, I'm grateful for every opportunity to practice, to learn, and to share.

Thank you for being part of these Threads.

With gratitude,

Welcome to Threads by Zensetter.

This is more than a wellness brand — it's an invitation to come home to yourself.

Founded by Sophia Musto, Threads by Zensetter weaves together the healing arts of yin yoga, reiki, sound bath, breathwork, and sound frequency

therapy into a sanctuary for whole-body wellness.

Here, healing is not rushed.

It is felt — in the stillness of a long yin hold, in the vibration of a singing bowl, in the rhythm of your own breath,

in the quiet energy of a reiki session.

Every modality offered here speaks the same language: you are worthy of deep rest, deep healing, and a deeply intentional life.

Every thread matters. Every breath counts.

You are welcome here — exactly as you are.
